Anybody who is marketing a residential property for either sale or rental needs a floor plan.

A floor plan allows potential buyers and tenants to visualise a property’s layout before the visit.

A Think Inventory Clerk Floor Plan will include:

  • Overview floor plan
  • 2D or 3D floor plans
  • Detailed measurements
  • Your logo and watermark can be applied, alternatively, the floor plan can be supplied unbranded.

The finished floor plan is converted to PDF and JPEG and sent electronically.

Floor plans can be booked as a standalone service or for a reduced rate as part of any other combined property visit.
